     If you or someone you know has been damaged by taking any of the following drugs, please call me
     immediately to discuss your legal rights.  These drugs may cause the following medical conditions.

          Accutane -- Acne medication that caused mental illness in patients.

          Avandia -- Type 2 diabetes medication that increases heat attacks by 46% and cardiovascular
                              deaths by 64%.

          Bausch & Lomb ReNu -- Contact lens solution that causes fungal eye infections and permanent
                                                         loss of vision.

          Ephedra -- Over the counter diet drug using names like MA Huang, Xenadrine, Metabololife &
                               GNC Ripfuel that caused strokes.

          Fosamax -- Osteoporosis medication that caused rotting of the jaw.

          Guidant Defibrillator -- Defective units caused deaths and units have been recalled.

          Ketek -- Antibiotic used to treat respiratory tract infections, bronchits, pneumonia that can
                          cause death, liver damage or respiratory failure

          Ortho Evra -- Birth control patch linked to strokes in young women.

          Paxil -- Antidepressant that caused mental illness & suicide.

          Fen Phen Induced Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAP or PPH) -- The latency period from
                             ingestion too diagnosis of PAH or PPH can exceed a decade. It is not to late to file suit. 

          Prempro & Premarin -- Hormone replacement therapy that causes breast cancer, ovarian cancer,
                                                     stroke and heart disease.

          Procrit -- Used in cancer, anemia and kidney patients to increase red blood cell count. It causes
                           blood clots, heart attacks and strokes.

          Servent -- Asthma medication that caused death and pulmonary events.

          Tuna mercury poisoning -- Children and adults suffering from mercury poisoning due to
                                                             consumption of canned tuna.

          Trasylol -- blood thinner given to open heart surgery patients that causes strokes, heart attacks,
                              death and kidney failure

          Vincristine Administration Errors -- Cancer drug must be administered intravenously and can
                                                                             kill the patient when injected into the fluid surrounding the
                                                                             spinal cord. 

          Vioxx, Bextra & Celebrex -- Arthritis medication that caused heart attacks and strokes within
                                                              48 hours following taking the drug.      

          Zyprexa, Risperdal & Seroquel -- Antidepressant that causes liver damage, diabetes & bipolar
                                                                        disorder.
